2021 Wylie Sprayers Spray Loop System

Today's weed control challenges requires the use of a variety of chemicals. While 2,4-D can be very effective, it can also cause problems in the sprayer. 2,4-D is absorbed into the pores of rubber hose, only to be released in subsequent applications of different chemicals, causing contamination and crop damage. While some operators may have a dedicated sprayer for 2,4-D, many producers need a system that can safely manage 2,4-D along with other chemicals.

The Wylie Spray Loop System can be fitted on any of the Spray Wyng II booms. The Spray Loop System includes a stainless steel wet boom, flush valves, strainers and a closed loop return system. For optimum coverage, the wet boom can be configured with nozzle spacing of 10", 15" or 20".

The stainless steel wet boom and poly hose will not absorb 2,4-D, while the closed loop system will recirculate any small amount of contaminated chemical back to the spray tank where it is diluted below harmful concentrations.

The biggest advantage of the Spray Loop System is the time required for cleaning the system is reduced to mere minutes, not hours.
